This is why the H-1B visa is not popular for hiring lawyers. If you treat them as indentured servants (i.e. using the visa as it was designed), they can turn around and sue you.

Sound familiar? Thanks to dual intent, employers can get away with abuses because employees are holding out hope for a green card and will put up with a lot. The #h1b visa is EVIL in so many ways. Reform it or end it @SenatorDurbin @ChuckGrassley @RepJimBanks.
@SenatorDurbin @ChuckGrassley @RepJimBanks This is how #h1b is used to undercut wages. Prevailing wage for lawyer in Chicago is $71k. They paid this woman $55k. This is a perfect case study why we need to issue the H-1B wage rule @SecMartyWalsh @USDOL @POTUS to protect workers and prevent wage abuses.
@USEEOC and @DOJ_EOIR protect workers from hostile workplace discrimination based on national origin. If you treat your workers like this they can take you to court.

Nothing more awkward than trying to administer a technical interview while a blonde from Insight Global or Kelly Outsourcing is sitting next to the candidate trying to look interested in Java.

Then you have to dodge said blonde who stalks you with a bag full of fake resumes.

Add us to the protests. The "IT group" should not have any say in this case. They are the ones who created this problem by illegally selling #H1Blottery tickets in bulk for jobs that don't exist.

@ITServeorg timed the filing of their motion so the court case would drag on and the March lottery would go on as usual, allowing them to scam the lottery like they did last year.
The Chinese and Indian plaintiffs in the case are afraid that #ITScumAlliance will send their goons after them. In other words, the IT mafia is real.

This guy's job was to act as a watchdog for fraud. Instead, he defrauded the government to steal the personal data for a quarter of a million DHS and USPS workers and sell it to India.
Who would steal software and databases to develop a product to sell back to the government? Sounds familiar right? Charles KUMAR Edwards took a page out of the outsourcing playbook.
