Reading the ruling in this case issued on 2/17, the judge completely slammed @ITServeorg for being wrong about almost every single aspect of the case. ITServe's case revolves around one of their H1B dependent bodyshops (Saxon Global) which argues they must be allowed to bench their workers and shuffle them around the country without doing any paperwork or paying any fees that hurt their bottom line.

They predicted good faith users would be harmed and trust in the lottery system would erode.
