Sick of switching products, trying to find your next winner and starting from 0 every few monthS?
HERES A STEP BY STEP PLAN ON HOW TO TURN OLD WINNING PRODUCTS INTO BRANDS THAT MAKE YOU MONEY FOR YEARS
Without...
• testing dozens of products
• being a experienced marketer
But first let's talk about the winning product dilemma..
A few years ago it was a viable business model to start a new store, rip someones content, run ads to a product you see doing well, scale it up as fast possible until it crashes and burns, shut down that store and do it all over again with another product...
Rinse and repeat ♻️
This won't work for most people in 2022, those years have passed.
Now?
Ads cost more than ever.
FB is more inconsistent than ever.
Brands that take care of their customers and have good repeat purchase rates are winning.
Not churn and burn...
Now let's talk about how you can leverage someone else's short term success from the past and turn it into something you can rely on for months and years to come.
Step 1: Use ANY spy tool to go back and view "winning products" from 2021, 2020, 2019, etc.
You'll see nearly ALL of these products are no longer being sold, why?
A few reasons:
- The people selling them were in for a quick buck and soon as it wasn't profitable anymore with barely any effort, they moved on
- The people selling them didn't take care of their customers..poor product quality, slow shipping, not shipping orders at all, bad customer service, etc.
- They people selling them were all using the same content stolen from each other so their ads burned out SUPER fast
We're going to choose 3-5 of these past winning products that catch our attention and our start researching them more.
Here are questions I ask myself for each product:
What transformation did customers buy this product to acquire?
Is there a version of this product somewhere that delivers on this transformation promise?
What stands out about the ad? Did it leverage an authority? Is it a story? Is it UGC?
What kind of lander did they use?
You wanna breakdown WHY this product sold so well in the past. How in the world did dozens of stores each get millions of profitable impressions on each of their ads?
This is so important because human desires don't change..
If it sold before, it'll sell again.
Maybe not the EXACT same product but the same transformations.
Men will always want to be better than their friends.
Women will always want to look younger.
etc.
Here's the product I found for this example, I think it has a lot of potential:
Hair Mask from 2019...
This thing was EVERYWHERE
So let's start asking the important questions:
What transformation did customers buy this product to acquire?
They bought it to repair their hair from damage, split ends and give it that shine. Making their hair look extremely healthy and well kept.
Is there a version of this product somewhere that delivers on this transformation promise?
A quick amazon search tells us yes there is ->
What stands out about the ad? Did it leverage an authority? Is it a story? Is it UGC?
They used some eye catching examples of hair going from damaged to silky and educated customer on how the product ingredients help repair the hair.
Step 3: How to bring this product back to life for a long time, not just a good time.
We're going into this with a long term mindset. This isn't something we're just running up for a few weeks, we want it to last for years. So what does that mean? We HAVE to invest in our brand.
Investing in your brand doesn't mean you have to spend $5,000 on a logo but instead what it means is we're going to:
1. Sell something customers will see benefit from 2. Have good customer service 3. Invest in custom content 4. Scale when ready, not just when ads look good
AND you don't have to be an expert marketer to make this work because a lot of the work is already done for you.. Old "winning products" are literally a cheat code because you already know what works. You just need to add your own new twist to make it even better.
You can see what offer works, what landers work, what creatives work, what ad copy works, etc.
This is what I did to start and scale my brand to multiple 7-figures in revenue, this strategy works.

A few months ago a woman posted about her experience using an eye tightening cream and it went VERY viral.
33 million views on her tik tok alone, not to mention the tens of millions of views from people stitching her and being shared all over twitter.
Check it out right here:
These aren't just vanity views either, this massive influx of traffic caused the product ,(peterthomasroth.com/instant-firmx-…) a Temporary Eye Tightener cream, to sell out at retailers almost instantly.

First things first, the power of tik tok..
Tik tok is WAY bigger than kids doing random dances. It's become a massive search engine for people to find new hobbies, places to go, communities, tutorials, etc.
Tik Tok is the home to massive, thriving communities on nearly every topic.

From reddit, to twitter, to youtube, to instagram and tik tok the internet is a HUB for communities where people go to share and enjoy their hobbies.
Every single one of these hubs present a unique opportunity to get in front of people who love that subject matter and more importantly are willing to spend money on it.

If you didn’t know already, there’s one thing I hate seeing people fall into as they begin their ecom/dropshipping journey...
Being obsessed with “winning products”.
Newbies spending all their time searching and testing for 1 “winning product” while ignoring nearly everything else that contributes to a profitable store/brand is why most newbies never have or will make a profit.
