...a lot of people with, in my opinion strange world views like the bestseller novelist Julia #Latynina, just because of their opposition to Putin (or at least as they perceive it). It's my best guess that some reason like that played a role in this decision. /4
Along with old connections and buddies, of course, which are still the best currency to deal with in this country.
