So the prosecutors have had time to prepare the case against Rudy. The 28,000 items of evidence seized from Giuliani's 18 phones - much of THAT the FBI had already gotten from their wiretap. And 25,000 of the 28,000 the investigators had been given in bunches during past 6 months
Only the final 3,000 files, out of 28,000 on Rudy's phones, were handed to prosecutors now on Friday. So 90% of the evidence they seized, they had already received, and of this last 10%, a part they already had, through the wiretap. Thus most of their case 'should' be ready
Of course every case is different, this is a very complex case, multiple conspiracies, so who knows. But it is reasonable to think the Federal prosecutors have the Ukraine-side of Rudy's trials so ready to go, they can arrest him now. His Jan 6th & Big Lie investigations continue
