You know, like ATRF had before you wrecked it. You took a manager with a value add of 0.7% and replaced it with one with 0.3%. Duh. #AbLeg

On the good side, @ewsiddall says a proportion of compensation for the AIMCO rank and file will be based on "net promotion score". This is a metric that will rate how much @aimcoinvests is liked by "clients". This will be a foreign concept to most employees. #AbLeg

Take note: Grant Hunter MLA is still trying to carry the UCP water with his softball. Dale answered the question wrong. $100 million is the threshold at which investment funds start to see dis-economies of scale. He should have gone to Wharton. @AbLeg
