on preparing for the concert:
More so than being tired, since it's the first in-person concert in so long, it's just more fun.

@loonatheworld Maybe it's because we have all the prior practice together but the practice lately has gone smoothly. It's like we can wake up and immediately go do it, it's like muscle memory, automatic.

What was I talking about before this?

This is another TMI. Yesterday, I was alone at the dorm and was zoning out wondering if I should wash up. Then an fire alarm went off. It was so loud! The alerts were playing and saying I should avoid the fire. So I took the fire escape stairs.

If it's a mistake they normally tell you there was a mistake. I got to the first floor and asked the others outside what was going on, and no one knew. So I asked one of the people on watch, and it turned out that someone was cooking in the building&set off the alarm by accident.

But it was scary at the time. Being alone, I couldn't think of anything. It was like what's going on? But yeah that was a relief.

Fortunately even if you burn food a little, the alarm goes off so I think it's pretty safe.

Q: Pizza vs chicken?
Lately I think pizza. Has it always been like that...? They're both good but not with too many toppings. Just typical pizzas like pepperoni, you know.

Gorgonzola! Is good too.

Winter treats you like? Hm, but you know the street food like hotteok or bungeoppang, I don't think I like that kind of food that much.

When it's winter, I just think hot soup is the best.

When I was young, I briefly! went to piano lessons when I was 8 or 9. There was an eggbread place nearby. You could get 2 for 1000 won. I went with my older sister and we'd always get them after lessons. We got to know the person running it.

And we'd get to try squeezing them into the molds too. And yeah you can't just walk by when you get a whiff of the smell.

Play the piano for you? Unfortunately there's no piano in my room. Just guitars.

Jjampong vs malatang: malatang

You know extracurriculars in school, there were so many back then. I told you a while ago but I wasn't into science/math. Even in grade school I got bad grades in math so my mom had me do math lessons after school.

And I was focusing well in class and everything! But my grades were the same even after the math lessons. I'd get like, a 40. My mom saw the report card even after the lessons and just concluded that math wasn't for me.

Math study vlive? No. I'd rather draw.

Bubble tea? Isn't that such a big topic shift?
I think I drink more iced americano. Had one today too.
But when I'm craving bubble tea, can't give it up. I had bubble tea yesterday.

So after quitting the after-school math lessons, I started doing kpop dance lessons after school.

Q: What's Heejin interested in lately?
Heejin: LOONA songs? While prepping for the concert, we hear our songs a lot, right? and the algorithm it keeps recommending other songs.

And I hear songs I haven't listened to in a while. We have such good songs! One I heard recently was Puzzle, which is great. I'd like to do a song like that.

and yyxy - one way, which is also great. I listened to it today too, on my way to the building.

Well there are some members prepping for the concert and some others are... It's a secret! I think if I tell you, it'll be a spoiler.

Q: unnie I'm curious about your middle school life
I think people ask a lot about my school days.
My school had very strict rules. Other than that it was such a great school, teacher and friend-wise. But the rules were really strict so people tried to avoid going there.

There were rules on hair, clothes, everything. Hair up 3cm below the ears. Outerwear, no red or blue lines like in adidas outerwear. No backpacks. Just this rounded top bag, uncolored. For skirts, longer than the knees.

Stockings had to be thick, socks had to be longer than a certain length and couldn't have logos. (while she goes on about those dress code, Hyunjin wants attention in chat)
If the hair didn't meet criteria the teacher would just cut it to the proper length, Heejin got caught once

Q: Is my eye inspection not done?
It is done, but they recommended to minimize use of contact lenses, so I'm doing that. I thought about wearing glasses this time too but last time it was so reflective and stuff. And don't you like it if I get close to the camera? No?

With that I only hear the good things, and the bad things I kinda filter out.

It's like, watch out for your hipbone or knees. Okay but that's just stuff everyone should watch out for. And I don't really believe in that kind of stuff.

Yeah, like watch out for cars. People. Bodies of water. And you should watch out for those things. Not just me. Everyone!

Yeah I do think people are scarier than ghosts, like I mentioned last week.

I haven't gone looking for songs lately, so...
Just songs like I have in the background now, I leave in my playlist and I like them, so that's why I'm playing them now, I guess.

Do you still eat lots of sweets? No, everyone. I like donuts right? But I only had two glazed donuts and was done. I've been more into salty foods lately.

Have I been in a car with Lip? No, I really want to. From what I heard she said she was best driver.

Tips for exercise?
You know when you feel like you're at your limit, when you keep going a little after that, it feels really rewarding/refreshed later. So, enjoy that part. That's my tip.

Tips for sleeping? I've tried all sorts of things. White noise, ASMR, blindfolds... But when I can't sleep, I just stop trying to focus on trying to sleep. I think that just makes it worse. Like I'd look up ASMR for sleep then be listening to that for an hour.

I was talking about this with Yves unnie the other night. She was just listening to ASMR to try to sleep for like an hour.

You just have to practice emptying the thoughts from your mind? You keep getting random thoughts and it's so useless. Like oh I need to remember to buy this tomorrow... You don't have to think about that before you sleep, but they just pop up.

Oh recently I got sleep paralysis, and it kind of happens often. When I feel physically tired it happens. So by now I just notice that it's happening, and I fall back asleep.

But recently it happened and I heard a melody. I heard it so clearly and I wanted to record it. But I was so tired that I fell asleep. I can't even remember how it went. So I think that's kind of a shame?

She got sleep paralysis a lot in the old practice room, she hasn't slept much really in the new practice room so it hasn't happened much.

School Q: After exams what did Heejin like doing?
Go home and sleep. During exam days you can go home early and sleep right afterwards.

She uses pillows when sleeping, but fairly often doesn't use pillows when sleeping, actually.

Do you fall asleep while using your phone?
Yeah, right up til I fall asleep. But I heard that that's not good. They said it helps for sleep, to leave your phone.

Wow, but a little while ago, what was it for? The washing machine. I got food on an oversized hoodie and tried to hand-wash it. But really, oversized clothes... Do it in a washing machine. Doing it with my hands, it just absorbed all the water, and I just couldn't get it off!

Vivi and Choerry and I were all trying to squeeze the water out of the hoodie! So after that I decided to never try hand-wash clothes like that again.

Q: If you got the chance, would you appear in a drama?
Oh sure, that would be great.

She thinks she'll have it tied for the rest of the vlive since she had it down for the first 40 mins or so

Having it tied up is convenient when doing things. And static electricity is less of an issue with not having hair moving around, particularly in the winter

Ramen (instant noodles) vs pizza?
Ramen!... I think pizza's tastier but I have ramen more often.

I was touched by this a while ago. Since my skin gets so dry in the winter Yeojin got me a humidifier, and it could be scented, and had lights. I always turned that on before I went to bed when she got that for me.

Q: hot cola vs cold ramen??
I think hot cola sounds awful! And if it's flat, on top of that...
Cold ramen seems way better in comparison!

Why are you scared? Don't be scared, running into challenges is the best thing.

When I fell through on auditions I did lose self-esteem. I probably l failed 20 or so auditions. So it was tiring and I cried a lot. But my older sisters encouraged me and asked why I was crying so much about that. So I think I got over the fear and just tried over over again.

And after a bunch of attempts, it worked, like this? So you have to try a lot, everyone.

Was I raised tough? But I think it's also because of how much I wanted it, and my unnies' support.

Tori I never saw as a baby. I was in Seoul.

The necklace is a gift from after the last Hauteur recording they did. Chuu and Heejin got matching earrings/necklaces as a gift from the production team after the season. Heejin wears the necklace often.

I'm shorter than my sisters. My oldest sister's like 166? 167? cm? My younger older sister is 163, 164?
I don't know why I'm so short compared to my oldest sister but I'm satisfied with my height.

When you see someone's face you get a feeling of whether they're tall or short. When Haseul unnie's solo teaser came out, my family were like, Haseul's so pretty, she must be so tall, like a fashion model. But she's not, right. So I think people get impressions.
