One commenter said:

“Having access to Black women therapists has been invaluable ... but we are responsible for the costs that are associated with these traumas, both financial and otherwise, and also the traumas that other Black people around us, experience."
Cheryce Cryer said she sent a copy of 'From Here to Equality' [by @SandyDarity + A. Kirsten Mullen] to Chancellor Carol Christ at UC Berkeley:

“If anyone on the task force needs a copy, I'm happy to send one. Just please give me your mailing address and I will send you one.”
Public Comment will be going a bit longer as we have roughly 5 more speakers before the panel.

(Each person has a max of 3 minutes.)
Public comment is done for today.
