They claim it’s all positive now, which begs the question, if it’s all positive, why over 1 mil incidents of restraint/seclusion since 2012 in US?

Where there’s behaviorism, you’ll always find restraint abuse & seclusion cells.

A$, NCSA, all these autistic hate groups, support ABA vociferously, and of course restraint and seclusion, as necessary parts of any behaviorist infrastructure

It’s all about the grift. @autismspeaks & @CASProviders gotta make a living. Abuse ppl who can’t speak, avoid lawsuits

I couldn’t understand why if my nonspeaking aut son could do PECS, why they were so sure he couldn’t have a device. We had to get him a device from insurance

Can you imagine? Being excited to finally be able to communicate, getting to school and realizing you still can’t? That’s when hundreds of seclusions began

@ekverstania @notanautismmom @VaHouse @autismspeaks @CASProviders @casp Had HB1047 been law when my son was little, he could have avoided 100s of incidents of seclusion, soaked in his own bodily fluids, banging his head against a cement wall. But @autismspeaks & @CASProviders think seclusion is a necessary piece of their behaviorist torture regime.
