Well-funded mobs are being directed to attack Canadian cities, notably Ottawa. This is a Chekist active measure of titushki rent-a-mobs, similar in nature to the “Russian tourist” attacks on Ukrainian cities in March-April 2014 – the first months of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Do-nothing Canadian officials ignore the experience Ukrainians have with hybrid warfare. They don’t know that the way to defeat titushki rent-a-mobs is to hit them hard, hit them early, and most of all take away their money.
The Government of Canada should use the Emergencies Act to defeat hybrid warfare ongoing in Canadian cities. But it may be too late. Areas like Parliament Hill in Ottawa are occupied by a titushki rent-a-mob – lawless and outside government control.
A “Take Back Our City” rally will start soon in front of city hall in Ottawa. Will the police back Ottawans or the insurgents? In Odesa, Ukraine on 2 May 2014 the police sided with the Russia-backed titushki rent-a-mob – with catastrophic results.
Ottawa police empower the titushki rent-a-mob. The insurgents have been allowed to construct refueling structures on Parliament Hill. Their convoys are being escorted to the occupied zone.

Ottawa is in as perilous a state as Luhansk was when the titushki seized the SBU building.
A titushki rent-a-mob seized the SBU building in Luhansk, Ukraine in April 2014. An illegal armed formation attacked a border station in June. In August, a massive Russian tank formation destroyed Luhansk airport.

Failing to enforce government authority has consequences.
Ottawa tonight: rent-a-mob control now extends from Parliament Hill to the Queensway. Yesterday it only went as far as Nepean Street, therefore the occupied zone has extended 12 blocks further south.

My observation is that civic authorities have mostly abandoned the downtown.
Canadian cities are under assault by titushki rent-a-mobs at the same time Russia is mobilized for an offensive against Ukraine – an offensive made possible by titushki rent-a-mob attacks on Ukrainian cities in 2014.
Police and public officials in Ottawa have been humiliated by the titushki rent-a-mob to the same extent the militsiya and oblast officials were routed in Donetsk and Luhansk in 2014. The Ukrainian government lost control of Donetsk and Luhansk to invader Russia.

As many as 2000 more titushki will join the rent-a-mob this weekend to bolster the attack on the people of Ottawa. As many as 1000 "take back our city" defenders will confront them, given that the authority of civic officials has collapsed.
The people of Ottawa, Canada's capital, are under assault by a sponsored mob of outsiders. A Chekist active measure is being executed against my city.

The attack on Ottawa has frightening parallels with the invasion of Luhansk and Donetsk, Ukraine, by "Russian tourists" in 2014.
In Ottawa, Parliament Hill and surrounding blocks in Centretown are no longer government-controlled. The laws of Canada and city bylaws don't apply there. The heart of the capital is in the hands of the titushki rent-a-mob.

The Russian Federation's army of occupation in the east of Ukraine is composed of the so-called 1st (Donetsk) and 2nd (Luhansk) Army Corps. The soldiers are colonial troops – auxiliaries who are mostly mercenaries. These illegal armed formations are commanded by Russian officers.
The Russian occupation army in Donetsk and Luhansk regions is in abysmal shape. Staffing is perilously low because mercenaries don't want to sign contracts and Ukrainians resist being conscripted. Theft by Russian officers means matériel doesn't make it to the front.
Morale among Russian-terrorist troops in Donbas is poor. Desertion is common, including crossing the front line and surrendering to Ukrainian defenders. Alcohol and drug abuse is rampant. More Russian soldiers die by their own hands than in combat with Ukrainian defenders.

"Keep our Canadian armed forces safe and secure" is the primary goal of a military, right?
Being pulled out of harms way before enemy action will demoralize Canada's military. The Trudeau government's defeatist order will encourage Russian aggression, just as the Zelenskyy administration's order to withdraw Ukraine's military from Zolote and Petrivske in 2019.
In the face of Japanese armed aggression, in November 1941 Canada sent two battalions (from the Winnipeg Grenadiers and the Royal Rifles of Canada) to defend Hong Kong. Canadian troops were not withdrawn when Japan attacked on December 7. They fought bravely in the losing battle.

A titushki rent-a-mob has descended on Ottawa, under the cover of protesting public health measures in Canada.

It is organized, directed, financed with dark money, and primed for violence.

Participants have mixed motives, but the agents provocateurs come from far-right groups.
As I was driving through Ottawa this morning I saw a significant police presence. I noticed one access route to Lowertown was blocked by police with heavy snow removal machinery.
Canadians get a taste of far-right, titushki violence with which Ukrainians and Americans are familiar.

Ukrainians know it from the organized attacks on public buildings at the start of Russia’s invasion in March-April 2014.

Americans know it from the January 2021 insurrection.

As Russia mobilizes for an offensive against Ukraine the Biden administration pushes hard to stop sanctions on Russia’s Nord Stream 2 war project.
Aggressor Russia uses oil and gas as a weapon – always. Nord Stream 2 has no other purpose than economic warfare against Ukraine and energy blackmail against the rest of Europe.
#RussiaInvadedUkraine in 2014. Since the aggressor began mobilizing for an offensive last year it has been cutting the gas supply to Europe, targeting vulnerable countries like Moldova. The Putin-Kremlin crime syndicate is using its monopoly to send gas prices soaring.

#RussiaInvadedUkraine in 2014. The Russian Federation temporarily occupies Ukrainian territory of Crimea plus parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The Russian Federation violates the Minsk Agreements and ceasefires made under it unrelentingly and has faced no consequences. 1/11
Aggressor Russia was supposed to respect an “immediate and comprehensive” ceasefire starting from 15 February 2015. Instead, the invaders from Moscow have been shelling Ukrainian defenders almost every day. There’s never been a ceasefire. 2/11
Both sides were to withdraw artillery systems of 100-plus calibre at least 25km back from the battlefront. Ukraine complies but the Russian Federation deploys and uses large-bore artillery regularly. Death and destruction from Moscow’s guns is a constant visitor. 3/11
