As for @Panquake dev progress last month we revealed our interface had functioning elements in place. This month, the core structural components are basically complete
Our drag & drop panels move around & reset correctly & are now customizable - resizable, pop-outable & more
3/
The upshot of the above is that @Panquake is delivering on our promise of next generation design
PQ users will be able to rearrange their interface to make it look however they want it to rather than being forced into a one-size-fits-all preset UI like every other platform

We know the big question on everyone's lips is always "When?" - without necessarily realizing the answer to "When?" is determined by funding progress. In the interim, we're releasing some of our internal near-term delivery dates for key components we're currently working on
5/
We are releasing our WLDragnet app code as Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) in a public git repo this week. The codebase was security & peer reviewed by some of the best in the business & the git has already been prepped for publishing. Final DB sign-off inc then good to go
6/
The release is significant because it's a rare opportunity to combat social media mass surveillance & political repression of citizens
Also significant because it's proof the @Panquake dev team have the skills & follow-through to design, build & release innovative software
7/
As you may know, we transparently release our @tl_eng stats every month. January saw a 300% increase in free subscriptions, due to MSM citing our publication. Percentage of paid subs lower for the same reason. Opening rate up a whopping 5%.
TL content is undeniably engaging

To recap:
We achieved our Phase 1 goal to establish the business infrastructure
We achieved our Phase 2 goal to fund the BETA
Next up: 1 last big effort to reach our Phase 3 goal to fund the service teams who will staff the product launch & support our users going forward
9/
We also ask that you please don't forget @eynelys, our Operations Manager, who was taken from us in a tragic accident last October
@seanodiggity & I spoke at her memorial service last week which was deeply moving
She will never be forgotten by our team

Thus concludes our January Public Delivery. The full event video is available for viewing here: vimeo.com/673982116
Thank you all for your support & pls remember: "When" @Panquake is delivered is up to all of us! The answer is, as soon as we hit 100%: panquake.com/donate
First thing I see: the site uses tracking cookies.
Second thing I see: it collects email addresses & phone numbers.
Third thing I see: Advertising on its dashboard.
That isn't alternative social media.
It's the same old data surveillance rehashed.
Having a closer look. Here's their privacy policy. Which is basically an anti-privacy policy.
GETTR is registered in the United States & thus subject to US jurisdiction.
So, it's Parler 2.0.
After some lip service to claiming they only collect what you voluntarily give them (incl your SEARCHES!), scroll down a little bit further & find they actually fingerprint your browser, device & router info
(Panquake is engineered to avoid capturing of ANY of this information)
Last week, we hit our Phase 2 funding target of 167k and launched Phase 3, where we will raise an additional 500k to complete the service delivery of the product. More details about this later.
Incidentally, to celebrate Phase 3 I got some cool new graphic templates :P

In terms of general campaign progress, we're ecstatic to have the final goalposts in sight and will work to meet the final target as fast as possible.
In the meantime, we are progressing the blockchain build & performing the BETA delivery vetting for our first 5,000 users
This Twitter thread is going to raise half a million dollars
Panquake Phase 3 - Final Funding Round!
In Phase 1 & 2 you helped us establish a multi-national company & funded our BETA product build
NEXT: we'll fund hiring & training support staff & launching/marketing Panquake!
Each time a Phase 3 donation is made, I will announce it on this thread.
This thread will remain pinned to the top of my timeline until Phase 3 is complete, so that our many thousands of supporters can keep track of our progress!
Who would like to kick this off? :D
2021 was a hell of a year - at every turn, interests set against social media user freedom reared their ugly heads
Twitter tried to stop us. Didn't work
PayPal tried to stop us. Didn't work
DDOS networks tried to stop us. Didn't work
Everyone who is seeing the writing on the wall and screaming for Panquake even more urgently than ever before
So here is a few notes about what is happening with the project right now behind closed doors....
1/
The reason I am so quiet on Twitter is because we are busy accelerating the Panquake build to our maximum capacity. Our dev team (which spans 5 time zones) spends hours & hours every day implementing functionality, building out infrastructure, documenting & release planning
2/
This time last year I was tentatively reaching out to people I wanted to recruit onto the project (incl @seanodiggity) and now 12 months later, we have established operations in multiple countries & are looking at a functioning (albeit not yet dressed) Panquake user interface
