@PaulEmbery There was not much wrong with the energy market before the European and cross-party consensus on climate & energy policy emerged to ruin it. NB: '95/'96 methodology change.

Now, @PaulEmbery *might* have a point if he were to say that the main beneficiaries of UK climate & energy policy have been eco-billionaires and corporations who have sold promises to service the green agenda.
