Tell the country it is time to end mask mandates for schools.

As others have said, schools should have been the last to be closed during the shutdown.

This is also true of masks. Masking for adults is FAR more useful than children; and if you are going to end mask mandates...start with ending it in schools.

Honestly, Walensky is MORE logical than Democrats. She still wants masking EVERYWHERE.

I mean, I disagree, but at least her logic is consistent.

Of course, her position is politically untenable...which puts the White House in a tough spot.

Are they going to agree with her to maintain mask mandates everywhere?

Or are they going to ignore the science completely, and keep masks ONLY in schools?

I've been saying for some time that Biden can save himself and the Party if he pivots.

He seems unwilling or unable to do so.

Biden can literally save his COVID credibility by saying that the country should end mask mandates in schools FIRST. That would be a scientific, evidence based claim.

He doesn't even have to advocate ending the mandates now (he should, but politics, etc, etc).

But anyone advocating ending mask mandates anywhere BUT schools is simply using antiscientific politicization of the Pandemic.

There is no logical instance in which a school mandate should exist if mandates for adults have been ended. None. Zero. Zilch.
