i seriously fucking loathe these people. you can't know the reason this child took their life. suicide is not that simple. how dare you use a child's suicide and frame it to suit your agenda? disgusting vultures.
makes me sick. every suicide prevention guideline advises AGAINST publicly attributing suicide to one cause. that is known to INCREASE suicides. think about how many times you see trans activist organizations attributing suicide to the same cause over and over.
they dont actually care about these kids. they dont care about these kids killing themselves. they WANT children to kill themselves, because then they can use it for political gain. they consistently do the OPPOSITE of what suicide experts recommend to prevent further suicide.
i fucking guarantee you that that "trans" child was like me -- using a trans identity to cope with the ACTUAL reasons they felt suicidal. seeing this strikes me in a very personal place. what an utter tragedy. these fucking vultures dont deserve to speak on that poor childs life.

everyone tells you that transition will make you happy but in my experience, things like self harm, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and mental health hospitalizations are rampant among trans identified people including those who have gotten hormones and surgeries
some of the only long term research we have shows that among post op transsexuals, rate of DEATH by suicide is 19x that of the general population

esp today being transgender is a coping mechanism for people struggling with deep emotional issues. it’s a way to find community with others who implicitly get it. it’s a basket to put all your eggs into when everything else feels hopeless. what happens when body mods don’t help?

yes i second this. it just points to how there’s no long term thinking. they don’t wanna be an old, balding, hairy, gut having MAN, but what do they think they’re going to look like when they’ve been on testosterone for 30 years
“trans girls” do this too, and i’ve said before that feminists often assume this is some kind of pedophilia thing but i think especially when it’s in teens or early 20s people it’s a result of feeling afraid of growing up, wanting to escape into a fantasy where you have control

ive gotten a lot of backlash in the past for criticizing the model of psychiatric diagnosis as a way of understanding human emotions. the accusation is usually that having these criticisms must mean that ive never suffered any real emotional pain in my life.
by objecting to the labeling of emotional reactions to adversity as "mental illness", it must mean that i think everybody just needs to pull themselves up by their bootstraps and that i dont know how hard some people have it.
which is so funny, as someone who has been diagnosed with multiple "mental illnesses", taken multiple classes of psychiatric medications, been institutionalized three times, and struggled with deep emotional pain and difficulty with functioning & socially adjusting my whole life.

i have NEGATIVE intuition about interior decorating

historically my living spaces look like malelivingspaces on reddit, not joking

for those who have an eye for these things, how do i make my dining/work (same table) area more COZY? my apartment is beige walls beige carpet
that’s also where i usually beam in from for zoom calls and stuff and idk i want it to look like more than just a beige wall behind me
i’m hearing that i need wall decorations and i agree

but what tho? i don’t know what to put or what would look good or how to make things match with each other

every once in a while a video from some trans youtuber i used to watch comes across my recommendations and it gives me the deepest creeps seeing these severely unwell people who are basically cultists lying to their young impressionable audience, of which i was once a part
and its really weird how theyre exactly the same now as they were then. making the same content talking about the same things telling the same lies. theres something really really wrong with these people. but they have so much influence over the children who watch them.
jammidodger is one of the worst. hasnt changed a bit since 2016 except for the fact that she had multiple genital surgeries, and in her video talking about her horrifying complications she keeps saying not to let her testimony convince you not to get the surgeries. total freak.

it makes me sad when i see young trans identified people say “i know i’m trans because i tried therapy and it didn’t work”

it shows a misconception of what “therapy” is supposed to be, and major failures in the ideas and practices of modern mainstream psychology
most “therapy” sucks. but “therapy” is where anybody who struggles emotionally is told to go. when the system fails them they go to blame themselves. they’ve already been told they have a brain disability for experiencing emotions anyway.
i don’t even like when “gender dysphoria” is called a “mental illness”

sure, it’s very distressing and relatively abnormal

but feeling shame, fear, disgust, grief, or jealousy surrounding ones body and social perception

those are just emotions
