The money must go beyond just money.
It must come with access. REAL ACCESS. It must be access to parks, access to people, access to cities and cities' rooftops. Access to security and experts. Access at all levels.
20 independently curated content will PUSH the industry up.

This money must also be dropped every quarter. And revolve the recipients of this money. So essentially at least 100 beneficiaries for content that cannot be seen anywhere in the world.
We will be easily marketing Kenya as a destination at every level: Tourism/Film/Investments.

We'll be creating jobs, but will also be helping jump start the economy at our specific levels.
Each quarter we'd be looking at 1,000 jobs and a spill over of the money to possibly another 5,000 people indirectly, as support services.

The recipients must be reached at the lowest levels at the county. If we must train, coach, mentor and support everyone in every way so be it.
Like I always say, we've generally hacked the technical, quality, and the stories. We need to fine tune the storytelling & marketing.

The second thing we must do, is to strengthen the policies governing the creative spaces, and have them work in synergy, at every level but to mostly support the creative potential we have as country.
And after the strengthening we must safely guard, and protect them.

We must ask the county governments to actively and openly create and allow for creative digital economies to thrive in counties.
ONE STOP CREATIVE HUBS that are youth-run and fully funded maybe the ideal places to engage at. They should be well connected across the country.

Meaning, outside the funding, as a digital content creator from Siaya I should be able to go to Kabartonjo and identify myself at these hubs and THE ACCESS must be provided. Including police/security support and services, community introduction and this like that.
I imagine if we gave all these content creators who are showing things the opportunity, we'd really blow the country's minds in what they can do.
And if we can figure better distribution and marketing sooner, these chaps can make that money back.
