They were arguing that hijab is essential part of Islam&should be allowed to follow. Then what about that part of the same religion which is talking about punishment for those who r not wearing it? That too is essential. Why r u not allowing it then?

Today lawyer of d hijab gang silently accused that Hindu boys will look at Muslim girls with evil eyes(sexual) if they dont wear hijab. That's what he conveyed when he said d Fathima Thasneem vs State Of Kerala judgement isnt applicable bcz that case was about ladies only school
So he was saying, if it's ladies only school, hijab isn't necessary and that's the judgement of the court but in this case, because boys are involved, that judgement isn't applicable. Clearly he insulted Hindu boys by saying hijab is required bcz of Hindu boys. Shameful

Good to know a state's policies can make its "victims" go around carrying guns, enter a school where teachers were having staff meeting, round them up, check their ID cards, select non Muslims& kill them point blank while sparing Muslims! And the state is responsible for this!

I don't understand the full story, but from what I've gathered from my contacts in Kerala, in that Facebook book, he said something like "I understand my mistake, I understand it's not permissible in Islam to do rituals of others, it's against one true God Allah, so I Apologize"
