In case anyone wants to compare UCP’s response to the border blockade and another recent protest, have a read.

By taking Kenney at his word, that he disapproves of the convoy and the blockade, you give him legitimacy and power to place blame for it elsewhere.

Read the embedded thread. A completely innocuous yet effective VIRTUAL protest resulted in a police officer threatening arrest to intimidate the organizer.

That is classic authoritarian suppression of a right to protest.

Who ordered an officer to visit this protest organizer?

Was it UCP? Because if it was, Alberta is a democracy in name only and has become a de facto police state.

The response was immediate, meaning this organizer was being watched. From within the enormous FB group probably.

That would explain the absence of any consequences for the illegal surveillance of NDP MLA and contemporaneous to the surveillance, Minister of Natural Resources, @SPhillipsAB.

Lending credence to the de facto police state concept.

Don’t forget, the Minister of Justice immediately picked up the phone and called Edmonton’s Chief of Police to discuss a traffic ticket he received for distracted driving in a school zone. Lending further credence to a claim of de facto police state status.

And don’t forget the summer of 2020 BLM rallies held in rural Alberta where whites supremacists were permitted to violently disrupt and beat up anti racist demonstrators, even though they had requested police presence to protect protesters. Another de facto police state incident.

Also remember the multiple attacks on women wearing hijabs in Edmonton by thugs who have acted with impunity. Terrorizing Muslim women across the city who fear being in public alone. More circumstantial evidence of a de facto police state.

Kenney’s desire to eradicate the provincial contract with RCMP for rural policing is another indicator of a de facto police state. It’s more expensive and the provincial commissioner wouldn’t report to federal RCMP.

How about Kenney’s tacit approval of white supremacist vigilante mob justice to remove the FN blockade of trains on the CN main line travelling west. Within hours. While RCMP stood by and watched.

And the subsequent removal of the right to protest using Bill 1. The law Alberta UCP government has refused to use in the current blockade that stood blocking the border crossing for 18 days.

It’s not race that’s the issue. It’s the desired objective of the protesters being supported in one blockade vs another.

Kenney’s pet project with AIMco investment in CGL pipeline was a motivating factor in his speed at getting an injunction & turning a blind eye to vigilantism.

But a complicit radical faction of FN are only too happy to claim racial discrimination was the motivating factor and the reason Kenney has waited 18 days to dismantle the Coutts blockade.

Kenney didn’t remove the blockade because he is seeking to achieve the outcome they are attempting; a coup d’état of the legitimate federal government.

It’s not about race or culture. It’s about power.

Yes the people Kenney is protecting are mostly white, evangelical Dominionist Christians and completely deluded by the Covid disinformation campaign that’s been permitted to brain wash the ignorant.

But his objective in refraining from encouraging the enforcement of the law at the border crossing is self serving, not motivated by racism.

He wants to demonstrate his allegiance to the mob making the demands.

He also would love nothing more than to eliminate PMJT and LPC as the governing federal authority.

Which judging by the numbers of Alberta donors to the cause, is the same objective.

This occupation of Canadian borders and cities is not about freedom or mandates. It’s about removing the legitimate federal authority from power so the oil industry can drill and extract unmitigated by treaties, national policy and legislation or environmentalists.

That’s it. That’s his main priority. And the main priority of his biggest donors.

Topple the federal government, destroy Canadian democracy, create anarchy and chaos, so they can make a better profit.

It isn’t ideology Kenney supports. It’s an attempt at Alberta autocracy.

Get that man and his complicit Dominionist party out of Alberta’s governance.

We don’t have time to wait for an election. Kenney has already leaned on foreign enemies to help him remove our federal government, under the guise of freedom from mandates.

Alberta is already a de facto police state.

Kenney and UCP are a dangerous autocratic criminal regime willing to overthrow federal authority to pave the way to absolute power. Get that thug and his merry band of Dominionist cretins out of power ASAP.

Go ahead and send intimidating police. I have the evidence to prove my claims. And a camera installed at my door to record the discussion. Sue me. I look forward to the governments' deposition.

They won’t. Because they know I’m telling truth to power.
