However, without nutrients your mitochondria literally cannot function properly…which means skin issues, digestive problems, brain issues, low energy levels.

Today we’re OVERFED but undernourished...and this is why many overweight people are still hungry all the time.
Many people turn to vegetables for nutrients, but beef liver puts them all to shame.

Vitamin A is the one of the most important vitamins in the world, and almost nobody is eating it in its most bioavailable form: retinol.

But one role I will highlight is its role in youth hormone synthesis.

COPPER

Copper is one of the most underrated minerals, critical for over 20 enzymes such as:

cytochrome c oxidase: required for ATP generation
lysyl oxidase: collagen synthesis
SOD: master antioxidant
Ferroxidase: protect against the toxic iron overload today
Without copper you cannot generate optimal amounts of ATP, synthesize collagen or protect yourself against oxidative damage…and nobody is eating copper today.
Choline: brain development, liver function, DNA synthesis, a healthy nervous system, fat transportation and metabolism, cell structure, and cell messaging.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)- generation of ATP from carbs and fats, helps to make protein
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)- make red blood cells, transporting nutrients into the cell, dopamine synthesis

Vitamin B7 (biotin) -- hair, skin, nails, energy generation

Vitamin B9 (folate)- DNA synthesis, methylation, anti inflammatory
This is why some of the studies on beef liver consumption have been so breathtakingly beneficial

This one showed that rats given beef liver swam 10x longer than those who weren't
This study showed that men who eat liver in addition to red meat had a 50% higher sperm count
And in this final one, rats were given lethal doses of xrays…the ones who were fed beef liver survived significantly longer.

This is seriously the closest thing to nutritional magic I’ve ever seen.
