Know your strengths and find others who can fill in for your weak spots

Know not all your projects are going to work out and that’s ok, if you want to do big stuff is going to require doing a lot more and you’ll fail a lot more. But keep going, just try to fail in private and succeed in public.
You probably aren’t going to learn how to project manage in school so you’re going to stumble a lot at first but keep going. Start small.
