This Clarence and Ginni Thomas story is pretty important. I know I’m stating the obvious, but I do so to make sure people who don’t know it’s obvious, know its importance. CJ John Roberts has a real problem he needs to deal with here. A wee SCOTUS 🧵👇🏻

Ginni Thomas has been all in on the CNP / Libertarian / general 💩show we’re in now, since forever. She and Amy Kremer (📌1) are OG. We know there has been planning, lies planted about a stolen election. There’s been an Insurrection, we know there was a seditious conspiracy.

We know that Sidney Powell was relying on Justice Alito to enjoin the Electoral Count Act as a result of one of her Defending the Republic Cases. The Louie Gohmert et al (read fraud elector) v Mike Pence.

We know that the majority of the pre-election noise and post election noise was and has been coming from Arizona. So why was it a case from Texas that Powell was reliant upon? The Circuit Alito is responsible for does not include Arizona (Kagan). But it does include Texas.

Before all the Arizona and Texas though, there was all the Georgia.

Remember, the phone call for 11,780 votes to Secy Raffensberger? Or the visit by Mark Meadows to the voting site, or the phone call to the GBI agent doing the investigation? That all happened in Georgia.

🗣👂🏻Thread side note: Former Rep. Doug Collins was trumps lead for the legal team in Georgia.

There was also a kraken lawsuit in Georgia. That suit could have just as easily been one a SCJ could have reviewed. Unless it would look too obvious being the spouse of Ginni Thomas. Because as it happens, the Circuit that Justice Thomas is responsible for includes Georgia.

Did this factor into the thinking of where to bring the suit that would make it to SCOTUS? Was Thomas aware of the plan and pawn it off to Alito? While you may read this theory and think, Joe’s lost the plot, that’s kind of the point.

There are legitimate questions to be asked about the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and that’s a problem. Roberts has to address this. If Thomas and Alito have committed impeachable offenses, they’ll have to leave. Then we’re left with 3 Justices appointed by an insurrectionist.

We’re going to be left to deal with the fact that a president under investigation for pretty much the entire penal code at this point, will still have put 3 Supreme Court Justices on the bench. He will linger unless they too are removed.

So if the 3 (1 of which was a stolen seat) Justices appointed by a fledgling dictator need to go, and Thomas and Alito have to go how does John Roberts not look at the tatters of the SCOTUS surrounding him and stay? So he has to retire in shame for what the court became.

Forget packing the court, we could be looking at 9-0!
