In March 2019, a by election took place in this ward 28, Cowdry Park. Only 4,369 people were allowed to vote in this by-election. Not surprising, @ZANUPF_Official won that ward with 1,899 votes. MDC-A got 1,450 votes - a close election despite rigging.

We found exactly what happened from the 2022 VR: @ZECzim had ILLEGALLY changed the polling station for 5,641 voters, despite the fact that their physical addresses had not changed. Voters went to their same 2018 polling stations, and were told they could not vote at there.
