Better case scenario, GPS tracking is screwed with and packages get lost. Think, DeJoy on a global scale.

A more dire scenario is basically Die Hard 2 with the hard deck recalibrated or mountain ranges just a wee bit on the inside.
Worst case scenario would include false launch detections or failure to detect launches.

TL;DR - Bad guys would like to screw with satellites. Good guys have been aware for decades. This isn't exactly groundbreaking speculation but it is speculation nonetheless.
