Bench of Justices PB Varale and SP Tavade: Mention only for tomorrow's urgency, to save time. Or else go before appropriate bench.

Matter mentioned before Bench of Justice SS Shinde and NR Borkar.

Sayed: We tried to mention the matter before Varale.

Shinde: We do not have anything to say that he is not sitting. Though court has said technically there is nothing.

Bench: We trust the advocates. You appear before us, but mention it tomorrow once.

Order: Mr Sayed mentioned the matter. We were informed that Bench of Justice Varale is not available in afternoon session and hence precipe is moved before this court for circulation on March 2

Order: In light of the statement made by the counsel and in view of extreme urgency, we allow grant of circulation of matter on March 2 to be listed before appropriate bench.

Bench of Justice Varale is not available tomorrow, and so is Bench led by Justice Shinde. Accordingly the matter will be listed for hearing before Bench led by Justice SB Shukre.
