Sayed: We tried to mention the matter before Varale.
Shinde: We do not have anything to say that he is not sitting. Though court has said technically there is nothing.
Bench: We trust the advocates. You appear before us, but mention it tomorrow once.
Order: Mr Sayed mentioned the matter. We were informed that Bench of Justice Varale is not available in afternoon session and hence precipe is moved before this court for circulation on March 2
Order: In light of the statement made by the counsel and in view of extreme urgency, we allow grant of circulation of matter on March 2 to be listed before appropriate bench.
