Can someone please explain to this scam artist what a naive T cell subset loss means, and what longitudinal changes in the T cell phenotypes implies?

frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…

I'm so tired of these scam artists that are coopting my field.

The T cells are pathogenic as well.

and yet another paper on t cell mediated harm
jintensivecare.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
Here, Bellesi suggests Covid could cause T cell death via Fas. I also claimed this. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32679621/
This was later shown and covered in sensational findings this year. news-medical.net/news/20220126/…
And again, when this is published by the group in Chicago it will be another sensational finding.

The publication on my EXACT opinion of T cells in Covid-19 is out

I'd like to introduce to you all the concept of feed-forward control of T cell differentiation and death

T cells act in a quorum and respond according to their context

frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…
This behavior and mechanism becomes appreciable "thanks to" a worldwide pandemic and big data

Along with @ChristosArgyrop, @adamhamdy, and @ruijhu, we describe the implications of this mechanism and its ramifications

More to come...
...But this mechanism describes HOW naive T cells can protect from cytotoxic T-cell mediated pathology

They act as dampeners for Effector differentiation and death and the cytotoxic function that comes with it.

A stepwise depiction of phenotypes associated with poor outcomes.

DeCandia claims Tn cells more diverse & fit, leading to protection

Brodin claims a degree of energy consumption causing poor outcomes

I claim Naive/Stem cell T cells act as "cytokine sinks" for exuberance
I implicate a feed-forward model of T cell differentiation and death, with a canonically paired negative feedback loop as is prototypically seen with natural feedforward control models. This negative feedback loop has ramifications. Image
So while Tn will quell exuberant function, Teff/Tem will deplete Tn/scm more rapidly if they interact in Lymphoid tissue. The T cells act as a quorum and Tem can slough off the Tn

Why you see depletion in LC; bystander activation and increased sloughing thanks to colocalization Image

Wow scam accounts can't interpret what t cell aging means. No it doesnt mean people would drop dead from reinfections right away. What it means is there is a decompensation when control is not achieved where T cells contribute to harm via overexuberance
Don't put words in my mouth if you have a feeble understanding of immune-mediated pathology to begin with.

Idiots
The scams/frauds couldn't even remotely conceive that CD8 t cells would be contributing to harm.

More and more papers about the harm they exert

Without scientific imagination you couldnt predict it, and without a brain and eyes you dont read it doi.org/10.1016/j.cell…

I'd say caves are the last place we should be heading under BSL-2 conditions, especially with everyone not boosted yet.

I disagree with Vincent, boosters are necessary for all
Should we have a moratorium on Bat Cave Spelunking?
Bat viruses are natural weapons against humans in symbiosis with the bats

Guys please watch this video👇

Then read this new finding on exhaustion
science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

@jwitker @VincentRK and @profvrr think my and Dr. Vijayanand's concern of T cell exhaustion is "nonsense"

I have to say some of them agreed with Todaro's opinion of herd immunity
Nevermind they get both of our opinions wrong, which is that the exhaustion is a way to prevent CD8 T cell mediated harm

They even found less cd8 exhaustion in Severe cases.

CD8s causing harm... this is a Jan 2022 publication
My publication was in 2020

I said CD8 T cells were overexuberant and causing harm, and exhaustion was a way they prevented overexuberance

I surmised that without an expensive and long study, long ago, and implicated FasL like the image above! 👆

Wow @VincentRK @profvrr @jwitker @drlucymcbride @yoncabulutmd

come quick!

Please debunk this Science Immunology paper on T cell exhaustion in Covid-19!
I'm one step ahead I think because in 2020 I wrote that the T cell exhaustion is a way to prevent overshooting activation ;)

But I have another one for you to debunk! frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…
frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…

I wrote this in 2020 which explains why the pd-1 is upregulated :)

But nice job with the comments on my publication and personal views :)
