Garbha Samskara is a traditional Indian prenatal ritual and spiritual practice that involves educating the fetus in the womb. The word "Garbha" means womb, and "Samskara" means cultural impression.

Literally, its a process which creates a best environment to child when (s)he is still in mothers womb

This is a wonderful tradition followed in culture of Bharat 🇮🇳.

Garbha Samskara is a term used in Northern part of Bharat. But, generally in the whole world, when a child is born, the mother's mother and their family provide a best environment for child birth. But, it is very much pronounced in the culture of Bharat. That is why we have a family culture in Bharat.

Unfortunately, we are in times, where even when Bharat has a beautiful culture, it will be accepted only a some money is put on a research and is published in journal.
Fortunately, the Effect of Garbha Sanskar on the Unborn Child has been published in the International Journal of Indian Psychology.

The culture of providing an environment for Child's growth in mother's womb is already there in our Tradition.
In Mahabharat war, Abhimanyu was able to break and enter into Chakravyuh, a military formation and enter into it. But, he was not able to exit from the same.
The Chakravyuh formation was listened by Abhimanyu when he was still in mother's womb, when Arjuna spoke about Chakravyuh to Subhadra, but Subhadra fell asleep when Arjuna was speaking about the exit from Chakravyuh.
