The Constitution's Elections Clause (Art. I § 4, cl. 1) grants the state "Legislature" the power to determine the "Times, Places and Manner" of U.S. House elections.
Only Congress--not 4 partisan Democrat state judges--can override that.

Leftwing activist attorneys—like @EricHolder & now-SCOTUS nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson—went out of their way to provide free legal services from major law firms to ensure (suspected) 9/11 terrorists in Gitmo got a fair process.
