Former Illinois Speaker of the House Madigan & his aide Michael McClain indicted on federal racketeering charges!
It continues to use language that makes it likely that the State of Illinois & City of Chicago will face RICO charges!

If you have been following the Swamp draining in Chicago & Illinois, this day was was inevitable since July 2020 when ComEdison plead guilty to bribing Madigan, identified in their criminal information as "Public Official A".
There are other corporate client's of Madigans that are also facing charges. Including AT&T, Walgreens, & Rush University Medical Center.
President Biden & AG Garland retained Trump's US Attorney John Lausch to allow him to continue these corruption cases. There have been a string of Alderman from Chicago indicted including one of the Daleys
One alderman was flipped in 2014 & wore a wire to meet with Madigan. Another got caught at a massage parlor & flipped in 2016, also wearing a wire.

The first big public news in these cases was the FBI raids on Alderman Burke in 2018, he had been in Chicago politics for more than 50 years & inherited his father's seat...

I've been talking about these Swampy state employees' pension funds for years. Quasi-governmental boards, appointed by Swampy politicians, to hand over taxpayer & employee dollars to Swampy hedge funds.
Kentucky teachers just lost $12M of funds in Sberbank

Still waiting to see how much NY State pensions had invested in Russian oligarchs & state owned businesses.
Pennsylvania teachers pensions were invested in a Glencore shell company in Ireland involved in corrupt oil deals with the Kurds. The Swamp creatures borrow the money from taxpayers to feed into corruption knowing it likely won't come back.

Credit Suisse asks hedge funds to destroy documents linking oligarch's loans for yachts, jets & real estate.
CS would loan people like Oleg Deripaska the money for luxury vehicles. Then bundle the loans & sell them to hedge funds.

These properties & toys are held as collateral on the loans but when the oligarchs get sanctioned, they default on the loan & give up the property sticking the hedge funds...
With the increased sanctions in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, these loans just became very risky.

Someone at FBI HQ assigned a SSA to investigate another SSA that they used to work for. Leading to conflicts in investigating the SSA for various issues & a romantic relationship between the SSA & another senior FBI official.

SSA's are required to participate in internal affairs investigations prior to promotion, it is also an excuse to not have enough INSD agents as others need to participate to get promoted.
Normally agents are recused if close to the subject or witnesses, but not in this case... Image

Breaking!
Neustar's access to government networks was worse than we thought!
And I thought they had everything!

It appears Neustar was subcontracted for EOP by Verisign, Inc. who had the federal contract to provide DNS services for ALL .gov websites!

Verisign Inc. was providing DNS services for the entire .gov system under a contract with GSA.
The earliest contract that makes clear that they are managing the .gov domain for the federal government is in 2010 or 2011, but there are contracts earlier.

Here is the contract from 2016 that was recently extended until June of 2022.
In 2014 when Neustar got access to do DNS services at the Executive Office of the President, Verisign was the contractor for all .gov domains. If Neustar was a subcontractor, it was for Verisign.

Durham's response to Sussmann's motion to strike Durham's notification of conflicts of interest hearing request by Durham.

Durham says they shared a very limited amount of factual detail to make the judge aware of the conflict.
How much more do they have?

Last week they said the law firm says Bosworth wasn't involved but they want the judge to ask him in person.
Durham then takes a shot at the fake news people on both the left & the right who have "overstated, understated, or misinterpreted facts" from his motion!
