The people at the top are those who grew up and were educated when merit, objective morals, reason, and absolute truth were still the dominant values in our society. The woke employees in entry level positions who are going to replace those people don't believe those things...

IE: most older journalists believe in telling objective truth, those who will replace them believe in "telling narratives"

As the gender theorists atrack the nuclear family and deconsreuct our paradigms for what sex, marriage, relationships, the family as a social building block will collapse

This will take time to unfold. Gen x and older millenials will marry and have families. Younger millenials and older gen z will form some families as they coast on the fumes of paradigms they remember from childhood. Those younger then that will have no paradigm for marriage.

Because the woke thought marriage norms were expressions of cis-hetero-patriarchical power and oppression, those after gen z will live in a world without paradigms or norms for relationships. They will have to reinvent the wheel every time they try to form a relationship...

Science will continue for a little while, but as we move from objective truth to lived experience, science will falter too. This is already happening in the social sciences (that's why they think being a woman is about self-identification, not objective facts about biology)

The hard sciences will soon follow. They will give way as their methods are attacked as being nothing but the product of straight white males making up rules and norms for their one benefit.

There are still enough of us from the classical liberal world who can stem the tide of wokeness.
To do that we must:
-build woke-resistant institutions
-build woke resistant messaging platforms in art, culture, and journalism
-contest woke ideology whenever we see it
