The most common question I get about my Part-Time YouTuber Academy is ‘why is it so expensive?’

But this course isn’t a bunch of pre-recorded clips or a set of PDFs.

It’s so much more.

This is what you’ll find inside 👇
👥 A fully-fledged team

Coming into the 5th cohort of PTYA, we’ve got tens of people working behind the scenes.

This includes the teachers like me, student supporters and folks who crunch data so we can offer you personalised support.
⚙️ The Infinite Content Engine

“ICE” is the system that I’ve created for my channel that I’ve used for the past 4 years.

It’s allowed me to grow from 0 to 2.7M subscribers while doing YouTube part-time and it’s exactly what I’m going to share with you.
🗄 Creating your own content backlog

The most important (and the hardest) part of YouTube is staying consistent.

To do that, you’ll need to create your own content backlog. By the end of the course, you’ll have the next 3-6 months of content planned out.
🙋 Community Support + Q&A Sessions

Twice a week we’ll host Zoom calls where you’ll be able to ask any and all questions you need to.

Plus, you’ll have lifetime access to our Support Community where you can ask and answer questions with me, my team and the other students 😊
💪 Guest Speakers

This cohort we’ve got a line-up that has a combined subscriber total of over 25 million people which is insane.

This includes @mattdavella, @Mrwhosetheboss, Charlie from Charisma on Command and @PatFlynn
@mattdavella @Mrwhosetheboss @PatFlynn ⏮ Detailed Feedback

You’ll receive personalised and detailed feedback on all of your video assignments from our team 🤩

We’ve noticed that those who are open to receiving and giving feedback have had the most success from PTYA so we do everything we can to encourage that.
@mattdavella @Mrwhosetheboss @PatFlynn ⭕️ Lifetime Access

No matter which package you choose, you’ll get lifetime access to ALL the session recordings.

This way, you’ll be able to refresh your knowledge and go back to your most interesting modules when you need them.
@mattdavella @Mrwhosetheboss @PatFlynn 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Community

You’ll also get free access to our incredible community where we host free weekly events long after the six weeks of the course.
@mattdavella @Mrwhosetheboss @PatFlynn If you’re serious about making YouTube your side business (or even your main gig), check out the next cohort of my Part-Time YouTuber Academy 👇

Enrolment for cohort 5 closes TODAY 16:00 GMT 🚨

Here’s 12 books every YouTuber should read in 2022 👇
'Anything You Want’ by Derek Sivers 🎸

If you’re looking for a little inspiration and a massive boost of positive vibes, this (small-ish) book is a great reminder to keep going when things get tough.

I pick it back up whenever I feel imposter syndrome taking over.
‘The War of Art’ by Steven Pressfield 🎨

Half the battle is won before you even press ‘record’.

If you’re struggling with getting started on your YouTube channel, this book’s for you.

Whenever we launch a new cohort of the Part-Time YouTuber Academy, I'm excited to show our students just how much value we've packed in.

A core part of this is inviting other creators to guest speak on topics they're passionate about.

Here's some of what we've got lined up👇
When you click on a @Mrwhosetheboss video, you know you're going to find out the latest in tech while being wildly entertained. With over 10M subs on his channel, you’ll learn from Arun about “Script Writing for YouTube” when we kick off this March.
@Mrwhosetheboss Maven of minimalism @mattdavella is joining us this cohort for a “Deep Dive Into Filmmaking”. You might know him for his high production value and stoic productivity tips that he shares on his 3.3M sub YouTube Channel, or for his course, Slow Growth.

Here’s 23 lessons to succeed on YouTube in 2022 👇
🥊 1. Doing YouTube is hard.

If you get into it cause you think it’ll be easy money, reconsider your options.

You’ll find yourself sacrificing a lot and learning new skills before you actually see any results.

You just need to be patient and ride that wave 🌊
🎨 2. Create, create, create.

Consistency is King.

Forget about trying to find a viral hit when you start out.

Instead, post 1 video per week consistently and your life will change.

Focus on getting better, not bigger. Growth comes over time.

My YouTube channel makes over $130k each month from Adsense and sponsorships.

Our overall business revenue which includes courses, affiliate deals and products is over $350k per month.

It’s bloody ridiculous.

Here’s how you can monetise your passion too 👇
There are loads of ways to start making money on YouTube, but I found that these 6 are the best:

🎬 The YouTube Partner Program (YPP)
👯 Sponsorships
🔥 Affiliates
⭕️ Community Earnings
💻 Online Courses
👕 Merchandise

Let's break them down 👇🏼
🎬 1. The YouTube Partner Program (YPP)

There are 2 requirements you have to meet before qualifying for the program:

- 4,000 public watch hours in the last 12 months
- At least 1000 subscribers

Sounds easy but YouTube is hard.

It takes between 52 and 152 videos to get your first 1,000 subs on YouTube.

The trick to creating all these videos is making filming and editing as frictionless as possible.

Here’s how 👇
⌛ 1 - Consistency

The more you do something, the more it’ll become a habit.

All you really need to do is make one video per week. That’s it.

Focus on this week’s video, then move onto the next, before you know it you’ll be on a roll.
🏋️‍♂️ 2 - Low Lift Content

If you’re in this for the right reasons, you’ll probably be bursting at the seams with video ideas.👇

Getting started on YouTube is easier now than ever before.

With a bunch of free tools, a positive mindset and consistency, here’s why you can become a YouTuber in 2022 👇
Content’s easy to create 🎬

Smartphones have lowered the barrier to entry.

Most phones have good camera quality (at least to start with) and there’s a bunch of free tools to use to improve the quality (if you want to).
Free tools 🆓

‘I need to buy X and Y programmes to make it as a YouTuber’.

Nope - there are a ton of free tools to use if you know where to look. Just Google ‘Free Video Editing Software’ and work from there.
