People who experience aging from UV exposure have extremely low reparative ability due to low redox, artificial blue light toxicity, and lack of DHA, grounding, and consistent sunrise/sunset exposure (shifts ROS production from triplet state to singlet state, more harmful).
Red/infrared light, which is present with minimal to no UV primarily during sunrise/sunset, is required for melatonin on intracellular level as well as offsetting any potential harm from UV during midday.
This is what homeostasis refers to above.
I still moisturize my skin with oils and/or tallow/lanolin at night before bed, but it had little impact comparatively before I began focusing on melatonin and redox status.
Not sure if I’m the exception, but I can see low redox/high oxidative stress in the skin after observing changes in myself throughout my health recovery.
Higher redox inherently appears like your skin is youthful and glowing, no topicals will influence your homeostasis on intracellular level.
I believe this is why people observe less susceptibility to sunburn when they eliminate industrialized vegetable/seed oils in their diet, but it’s only half of the story. The other half is the DHA and light/darkness.

There is little research in the way of blocking puberty in children, but the papers that are present show extreme detriment to health, psychological state, and development.
That is partly why I struggled with putting on healthy weight for some time, aside from the catabolic state I was in from previous trauma and stress.
Since resolving leptin resistance, it’s been much easier for me to put on healthy weight and keep it on without rapidly losing muscle mass from catabolic amino acid metabolism. This was also a major factor in the high ammonia status I was experiencing at the time. Felt terrible.
You’ll only simply be mitigating the nervous system irritation if you live in a major city. Absolute most optimal option is move, because you can’t control your neighbor’s nnEMF/RF output and usage.
Second most optimal is daily sunlight exposure and grounding to bare earth (beach is best, but any bare earth better than none), immersing yourself in natural bodies of water (oceans, lakes, rivers), maintaining sufficient hydration with quality water…
minimizing/eliminating artificial blue light/nnEMF exposure (unplug router and all electronics when not in use/while asleep, keep artificial light off after sunset), blue light blockers with any screen usage, maintain melatonin and vitamin D production with above…
