She may have a degree in Pharmacology but what exactly made her an expert in COVID-19?

Ummm, no previous research and no links to anything to do with infections diseases.

Also sort of a nobody at that point in time...

Did she take the time to explain what exactly qualifies her to be an expert in COVID-19?

The webpage for Unambiguous Science is also worth checking out (for a laugh).

It is basically a glorified blog filled with infographics mocked up in an artisanal-cookie-decoration style and citations of other researcher's work.

Is there any wonder why so many people in Ontario are utterly confused about the natural course of pandemics and infectious disease spread?

Mysteriously the last month of cases by vaccination status has vanished from the Ontario dashboard.

This is what it looks like today.
This was several days ago.

I wonder if this will be corrected tomorrow.
The data set is still up to date.

I removed some of the unnecessary rows and columns to take this screen shot.

I see the new coping strategy regarding the ending of restrictions is that the protests accomplished nothing because we were going to re-open anyways.

I thought I would make a quick thread on how many reopening plans Ontario has already had.

Plan 1 was announced in May 2020 and it originally looked like this.
All of the regulations regarding the reopening plan would be legislated under the Reopening Ontario Act.

This legislation is still in force.

I think a lot of people forgot just how quickly
@JustinTrudeau divided the country and turned Canadians against each other.

It only took a month in August of 2021 for the entire world of millions in Canada to be flipped upside down.

I can’t speak for all Canadians because I live in Ontario and this will mostly be from that perspective.

Our goals were met to enter Step 3 of the reopening plan on July 9th, 2021.

These seem like quaint times with generous vax rates in comparison to where we are now.

I keep hearing the same mantra from @JustinTrudeau about vaccination uptake in Canada.

"Canadians stepped up and did the right thing."

I thought I would make a 🧵 of what voluntary means in Canada in 2022.
Do you want to board a domestic or international flight, or travel by VIA rail in Canada?

Then you must be vaccinated.

There are only a few limited exemptions, oh and by the way if you lie about them you could be charged with a criminal offence or fined.

But look at the dystopian hassle you have to go through even if you are a vaccinated citizen returning to your own country.
