Some thoughts on Crabada's $tus token inspired by a🧵 by @mikocryptonft comparing @PlayCrabada and @AxieInfinity.
As an early adopter of Ethereum defi I found an opportunity to relive defi summer on the most promising Chain, #avalanche. 2021 offered thousands of percent of yield for playing nearly any of the $avax defi plays all while Avalanche was maturing as an ecosystem and in price.
I knew it was only a matter of time for the #axie of $avax to show up and at an $avax event in mid 2021 I found Crabada. It not only checked every box, it blew nearly every metric out of the water. After research I was convinced this game will outgrow Axie in all metrics. 
At first glance Axie and Crabada look pretty similar. While I’m not going to go into the details in this thread I suggest checking out Miko’s thread. Also worth checking out the docs, roadmap, and explosive organic community growth.
At first glance, tokenomics appear similar. You have the gov token $cra ($75 mil mc) instead of $axs (3.5bil or 46x cra mc) and utility token $tus ($12 mil mc) instead of $slp ($600mil mc or 50x tus mc). At the most basic level I compare these for potential upside.
Axie moved off Ethereum and created the Ronin network which utilizes the $ron token for gas. At time of this tweet this token alone has a $275mil mc. Crabada recently announced that instead of creating a whole new token like Axie did, they will have $tus be the gas token. Huge
This imo is probably not fully understood by the public. On any given day, Crabada typically is the #1 gas spender with at least 15-20% of $avax network usage.
Even with 85% reduction of fees the amount of $tus that will be used on subnet will be massive.

In simple terms if $tus is a super utility token. It's a combination of both $slp and $ron ($875 mil mc) in one. While $tus is inflationary with no supply cap, demand for the token for gas, breeding, and other should allow a thriving economy.
