2/ Read article to see how this unravels in detail, but in short Manos said SC was lying b/c he didn't know 2 hoaxes--Alfa Bank & Russian Yota phones. Second used EOP data during transition period.
3/ Interesting twist is this: Re-re-reading indictment now, consider what SC said re EOP data. SC made clear used by GA Tech by researcher for proposal. Previously was suspect of that but Manos' email confirms.
4/ But SC also made clear Joffe had access to EOP & provided to GA Tech for DARPA proposal & that April Lorenzen was not part of DARPA proposal. So this tees up question of who accessed EOP data & how to put together Yota Phone Hoax? 
5/5 I asked GA Tech's top lawyers if Dagon had used Ga Tech data or resources and have not received a response. Pretty sure they'd know since in other emails Manos talks of having explained in detail everything he did and why.
