2/ Why Durham per Antonakakis asked if he thought it was appropriate DARPA asked him to do so. If that's what happen, did that person do it w/o authorization?

3/ Antonakakis' response seemed outraged that SC would think he shouldn't look into Gucifer, so unlikely that if they made the ask he said no. I've requested clarification from @DARPA Will transparency win?
