Friend called numerous hotlines & finally told no exceptions & do washout period like everyone else. This would serve as a testimonial for historians that how citizens are enduring unnecessary pains due to disregard of peoples circumstances by public health policies.
A policy that I am no longer sure that is based on any scientific rationale anymore.
There are so many alternatives now - to compromise could at least consider shortening quarantine period to 7 days? On arrival testing & then daily RAT at home? If these are considered acceptable for local cases, why won’t they be acceptable for incoming travelers too?
