LaRose is suggesting making changes to wording in red to satisfy Ohio Supreme Court prescribed rewrite of those sections. The rest of the controversial language will stand as the court gave its okay on that.
Citizens Not Politicians attorney Don McTigue had suggested these changes instead. Not likely the board will adopt this langauage.
