Sen Matt Dolan (R-Chardon),Senate Finance Chair, says this budget is responsible and accomplishes major economic goals that “reflects where the state is now” and addresses need going forward. One was to let car containing hazardous materials explode w/ schrapnel going out “close to a mile” The other option- controlled release.
