The BM shooter left a vehicle behind.

Victim is a 19?-year-old male, awake and conscious, with a GSW to the abdomen, being transported as "red trauma" to the hospital.

 Another repeat offender that was in custody on a felony charge was bailed out by @MNFreedomFund, and was charged 3 days later with a new felony crime after being bailed out by MFF.

 Hussein was arrested 3 days later and charged with felony auto theft after stealing a commercial plow truck from a business parking lot at 47xx Cedar Ave S at 5 a.m. on Jan. 23 and then crashing it into a building. Hussein was chased down by employees and held for police.

A bus reportedly ran into a building at 4th and Cedar Ave.
MFD now requesting a structural engineer to check the structural integrity of the building.

MTC bus "fully inside" the building and it took out a structural beam.
Reportedly no occupants on the bus.

There were some occupants on the bus, reportedly no injuries. Two occupants of the business have been accounted for. MFD continuing to check the second level of the structure.
