1/ Another repeat offender that was in custody on a felony charge was bailed out by @MNFreedomFund, and was charged 3 days later with a new felony crime after being bailed out by MFF.

2/ After his third arrest in two weeks on Jan. 14 when Hussein was arrested by Bloomington PD in felony possession of a vehicle stolen out of Minneapolis (pic 1), MFF bailed him out on Jan. 20 (pic 2).

3/ Hussein was arrested 3 days later and charged with felony auto theft after stealing a commercial plow truck from a business parking lot at 47xx Cedar Ave S at 5 a.m. on Jan. 23 and then crashing it into a building. Hussein was chased down by employees and held for police.

4/ Insult to injury: Hennepin County Judge Marta M. Chou ordered Hussein conditionally released on ZERO new bail required following that second felony charge in 9 just days.
Hussein is out of custody.

5/ Ismail Mohamed Hussein has 10 prior convictions including a felony on 1st degree burglary of an occupied dwelling.
Of course, he received a stay of imposition on that conviction and was released with time served in jail.

Witness said a suspect BM went into an apartment at 708 University Ave SE.

Victim said shots were fired by people who took the gun from the two suspects. The two males who took the gun from the suspects took the gun and left the scene.
SPPD reports a homicide investigation is underway after a woman was found dead at 17xx Wynne Ave. Responders had been dispatched to a warehouse on a report of a woman on fire.
Suspect Patrick Morris Simmons, 47 was arrested by Bloomington PD near his home, which was on fire.

Oh, Patrick Simmons was supposed to be civilly committed as mentally ill last year, but the commitment was stayed by Hennepin County Judicial Officer Danielle Mercurio.
