How many of you know that according to section 40 of waqf act, 1995, The waqf board can acquire ANY property? Yes ANY PROPERTY. It can even be your house!

Once a waqf property, it will always remain waqf property!
This Act was passed by Congress.

If u have any grievance against it, you have to go to the waqf tribunal, a waqf body!

Even a majistrate is subordinate to the Waqf!

This basically says, A board made up of muslims can acquire ANY PROPERTY IF IT BELIEVES/FEELS LIKE ACQUIRING IT!!!!!

YES!! THIS IS AN ACT PASSED IN THE PARLIAMENT BY CONGRESS!

And The Waqf Boards are the Third Largest Land Owners after Defence and Railways!

They have more lands than the state government of the largest state in India! Do you know what that means??

This says, The waqf board can only made up of muslims and a non-muslim is disqualified.

And

Majistrate must follow the orders of the board!!!

Does this not mean that the congress gave muslims power over judiciary?

If you have any disputes, you have to file a suit in a Waqf Tribunal WITHIN 1 YEAR of declaring your property as a waqf property.

After 1 year, Just forget it!

The members of the board and ALL OTHERS APPOINTED BY THE BOARD are deemed to be Public Servants!!!!

A waqf property can NEVER BE sold/gifted/exchanged/mortgaged/transferred in any other manner. It can only be leased/rented out!

This means:

ONCE A WAQF PROPERTY, ALWAYS A WAQF PROPERTY!!!!

And this act overrides all other acts.

This is the supreme law!!!!!

They can take whatever land they want! LEGALLY!

Remember Congress did this!!

The waqf tribunals are above Civil Courts.

You cannot file a case in a civil court if they go and acquire your land!

Your justice is in the hands of the perpetrators!!!!

@BJP4India @narendramodi How is this acceptable when our temples are under government control?? How is this in any way compliant with The Constitution of India??

We demand you repeal this draconian law!

Those who spread propaganda just out of hate for anything that supports right wing narrative, first study the Act. Show it to an advocate. Then talk. If u prove that ur head & mouth is full of shit by talking otherwise you deserve no response!
