Thread on tomorrow’s sentencing of nonviolent J6 protester Jenny Cudd:
@McAdooGordon does an excellent job outlining the issues and Ms Cudd’s lawyer’s argument that Cudd should get no time in jail. She entered the Capitol, walked past a Capitol Policeman standing by the door, stayed within the ropes and took pictures of the art and statuary.
When she was asked to leave by a policeman, she left. The DOJ recommends 75 days of jail time. Everyone should read this brief on sentencing beginning at page 47. Thats the discussion of political bias as to J6 defendants when compared to sentences handed down to progressives.
This brief does a wonderful job objectively demonstrating that J6 nonviolent defendants are being treated far worse than progressives who committed the same crimes or worse. Read here, starting at p 47: drive.google.com/file/d/1GUDgWC…

The report is worth a read. It contains some damning evidence of what went wrong with the Dominion Voting system in the county not only in the 2020 general election, but also in a March 2021 municipal election. Without going into all the detail, here’s what happened
In reviewing a forensic copy of the Dominion EMS server for the County, the experts found that in both elections, the system created a send database about three or four days into the early voting period. In other words, a database was populated with vote totals by batch.

On the issue of whether J6 nonviolent defendants are being treated by the DOJ far more harshly and aggressively than progressives arrested for the same or similar offenses, and progressives who were in left leaning protests and engaged in more violent activities such as arson

@pnjaban posts about the enemies of free speech at University of Virginia where Harmeet earned her law degree. Apparently even students at the school founded by the author of our Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, no longer believe everyone has a right to speak.
I’m not sure I’ve heard the term “dangerous rhetoric “ and Mike Pence mentioned in the same sentence before. I am somewhat taken aback. I too have a law degree from UVA, and I recall from my time there that Mr Jefferson’s university held dear fundamental principles of free speech

Lawyers for Project Veritas have just revealed a stunning abuse of the First Amendment and of the orders of the federal court in the SDNY by the DOJ and the US Attorneys Office in the SDNY.

On the issue of whether our voting systems are secure, here’s a sworn declaration of Dr Halderman signed last August, summarizing findings found in his detailed expert report kept under seal by the federal court in Atlanta. Bottom line is that Dr H believes there are serious
vulnerabilities that must be addressed before Dominion’s voting machine systems can be used in another election.
I can’t attach the whole thing, but Halderman says the machines contain “multiple severe security flaws” that make them vulnerable to locally or remotely installed malware. Such malware could both alter votes and subvert “all the procedural safeguards practiced by the state” ..

Interesting thread to read with your morning coffee. Russian planes apparently carrying elites left Moscow heading to different places with transponders on. All ended up landing at major airports and didn’t head to the bunkers in the Urals. Had the Russian plane tracking crowd
worried for awhile. Still no explanation as to what’s going on. Lot of speculation, including Putin may be further insulating himself against a coup. Read all the way down:
