The report is worth a read. It contains some damning evidence of what went wrong with the Dominion Voting system in the county not only in the 2020 general election, but also in a March 2021 municipal election. Without going into all the detail, here’s what happened

In reviewing a forensic copy of the Dominion EMS server for the County, the experts found that in both elections, the system created a send database about three or four days into the early voting period. In other words, a database was populated with vote totals by batch.

Then, after about three days, a second, brand new database came into being on the machine. This second database was pre-loaded into the second database. The batch numbers matched the numbers in the first database except for 58 batches (out of an original total of 267 batches).

While the original database contained records for more than 25,000 votes, the second database with 58 fewer batches had more than 5,000 fewer votes. The report claims that there is no way to confirm the 20,000 or so vote records loaded into the second database matched the first.

This creation of a second election database in the middle on an election broke the chain of custody as to all 20,000 plus votes preloaded into it, as well as the 5,000 plus votes that clearly didn’t make it into the new database. On the whole these roughly 25,000 votes = 10%.

The report also addressed how this may have happened. The conclusion was that none of the election officials present during the election could have done it. That leaves two possibilities: Either this was accomplishing via remote access to the system,

Or the machine was preprogrammed to create the second database in the middle of the election. The experts believe the latter is most likely, but both are possible.

Followers of the election stories may recall that Mesa County is the home of Tina Peters, County Clerk. She was recently indicted and charged with unlawfully tampering with the election machines, allowing a non-authorized forensic person to gain access to the machines, etc.

Tina Peters claims that last May she learned that Secy of State Janet Griswald, a Soros-backed SoS, arranged for Dominion to install a new version of its software called Trusted Build. Ms Peters says she smelled a rat. Before Dominion came in she had someone make s forensic copy.

Then, after Dominion and SoS installed the new software, Ms Peters had another forensic copy made. The experts compared the two and found Dominion had deleted the database and logs for the 2020 election and the 2021 municipal election. They were unrecoverable.

It was the “before”forensic copy that the scientists used to determine the second database had been created, but now erased from the computers together with all evidence of the initial database in use for the first 25,000 ballots.

Finally Patrick Byrne has just gone public with the rest of the story, as Paul Harvey used to say. Byrne claims that one of the scientists was in the room when Dominion and the SOS people installed the Trusted Build software.

Ms Peter’s expert, masquerading as an SOS tech person, watched and videoed as the others in the room systematically deleted all records associated with the 2020 election before installing the Trusted Build new software. Byrne claims the guy FaceTimed Patrick while it happened

“We have the tape,” claims Byrne. To sum up, Tina Peters intends to defend the charges against her by showing that Secretary of State Gridwald conspired with Dominion to rig the election, cover it up, and then get Peters arrested when she tried to expose the fraud. This is wild
