Sarah Burris: GOP kept comparing Judge Jackson's confirmation hearing with those of Amy Coney Barrett & Kavanaugh. Amy Coney Barrett wears her religion on her sleeve; that's why questions concerning her religion were more relevant. Not so with Judge Jackson

Sarah Burris: Once we started hearing that Trump might pull his endorsement of Mo Brooks, there's nothing left for Mo Brooks to do. He's already given up his job in Congress under the idea that Trump would back him.

Sarah Burris: The trucker convoy rolled through last weekend. We didn't really know what was happening--we just heard a lot of people honking, which isn't unusual in D.C. The honking kept getting louder & closer, so we ran downstairs to see them.

Sarah Burris: I grabbed my Obama & Biden signs & we started waving--I've never seen so many grown men triggered in my life. That's when the whole neighborhood came together; I met so many new neighbors.

Sarah Burris: I've never seen so many old ladies yelling the F word & shooting the bird. One old lady stood in the crosswalk with her middle finger up & wouldn't move. There wasn't anything the truck convoy could do because it's illegal for them to "block the box."
