1/6 SAYAT #ADILBEKULY:
"ANOTHER FABRICATION IN MY CASE"
"I was abducted from the hospital on 8 January 2022, tortured in the pre-trial detention facility SI-18 and unlawfully accused of "participation in mass disorders"
2/6 under Article 272 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of RK (The main document is the Court Order on the subsumption of the crime of the suspect dated 13 February 2022).
3/6 However, on 25 January when I was released from the SI-18, the investigators wrote "Sayat ADILBEKULY's crimes are classified according to Article 281 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of RK" in the court order on changing my preventive measure.
4/6 I don't think that I am being seriously prosecuted under this Article 281. It's likely that the investigators didn't bother much and just made all those court orders without reading our documents.
5/6 But, the worst of all is that neither the PROSECUTOR, responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of the process, nor the Judge, who approved the court order, noticed this mistake."

2/6 On 9 March, a man, who introduced himself as an associate of the Police Department “Saryarka”, #SULEIMENOV Nurbek called Tabys and invited him to the Police Department regarding his participation in a peaceful protest on 4 January 2022.
