1. Iranian women had the most simple demand today: To cheer for their national soccer team inside the stadium
2. The government not only prohibited them from entering the stadium, but attacked them with pepper spray:
3. A young man asked me to pass his video message to @FIFAcom : My friend & I, bought the ticket to go to stadium but she got attacked with pepper spray just for being a girl. I refused to go to stadium but shame on you if you ignore this barbaric act.
4. You remember #SaharKhodayari known as #BluGirl set herself on fire after being arrested for her attempt to enter stadium? Still women aren't allowed to enter stadiums because @FIFAcom didn’t take a strong action. #UnitedForNavid #FifaBanIRI
5. “ I was witnessing that this little girl alongside two other young girls were attacked by pepper spray today in front of the staduim in Mashhad.” This is the most heartbreaking video that I’ve received today from Iran.
1) This clip of a debate in the US makes me angry. Especially as today the EU Parliament condemned flogging of Nargess Mohammadi. Narges is a known activist so you hear about her but millions of ordinary people are physically punished every year under Sharia laws. #LetUsTalk
2)
Today Islamic Republic executed 2 men on the charge of “sodomy.”
Imposing the death penalty for consensual sexual relations is an egregious human rights violation & must be condemned by all, especially those who support #LGBTQ rights. #LetUsTalk
3) In Iran not only female activists receive lashes for removing hijab, but also men and women get flogged for attending mix party or drinking alcohol. In the West I’m told, sharing our stories will cause Islamophobia.
Sadly this is still happening in 21st century #LetUsTalk
1-In response to my @washingtonpost op-ed on how @IlhanMN's proposed legislation against Islamophobia could silence legitimate concerns about Islamist extremism, her husband defamed me using the same language used by Islamists as a pretext to repress their feminist critics
2- Like the Taliban & Islamic Regime in Iran -who refuse to call us by our name-@TimMynett dismissed me as “this lady.” Though I wrote “I have many relatives who are pious Muslims I love & respect, including my beloved mother”-he had the audacity to call me a self-hating Muslim
3- This is as unacceptable as offensive tropes like “self-hating Jew” or “House Negro”. For those of us who grew up under theocracy, these are not petty twitter squabbles. When the Iranian regime jailed me when I was 19 & pregnant, they also accused me of being against Islam
1) All my sisters who have the experienced the brutally under Sharia laws are now united. Women of Iran, Afghanistan and all Middle Eastern who still get lashes, jailed, killed and Kicked out from their homeland for demanding freedom and dignity now asking the world: #LetUsTalk
2) How many countries do you know that women are in jail or get lashes because of being #FreeFromHijab?
At least 5 anti compulsory hijab activists are in jail. Saba Kordafshari was only 20 years old, she received 27 years prison sentence and Yasaman received 16 years. #LetUsTalk
3) This is our version of women’s march for #NoHijabDay. We call on feminists to help us to be heard .This is 21st-century and we want to be our true self without being oppressed. We want to be free to criticize any religions including Islam without being censored. #LetUsTalk
۱)

1) Shocking footage obtained by hackers who hacked into the notorious Evil Prison in Iran’s surveillance system. It shows how prisoners are violently beaten and tortured by prison officials.
Islamic Republics officials never allow UN Special Rapporteur to visit Iranian prison.
2
This is the moment that the officials in Evan prison realized that they have been hacked. Hackers have accessed security camera footage from inside Evin where political prisoners are being held, and posted videos of guards beating inmates.
3-Here's another video that has leaked. You can see officials of the Evin Prison savagely beating a male prisoner. I have interviewed many families whose children were beaten to death in prison. They refuse to accept officials' apologies. They blame the entire regime for savagery
1) have been in touch with 100s of women from Afghanistan for our campaign against compulsory hijab. Now they are sending videos to me speaking out against Taliban. I get goosebumps when I hear their voice. Most of them live inside the country. they want to be heard by the world
2)
She is a young model from Afghanistan. She spent years building her career, whereas now she’s scared not only for her career, but her safety in Afghanistan. She pleads with the world not to trust the Taliban.
I blurred her face for her own safety
3)
“I cannot help crying, but I know that one day my cries will turn into anger and we will be able to take Afghanistan back from the Taliban.
Why is the word silent in the face of our pain? Join us and support us.”
