We bought four chicken breasts, cut them into large pieces and marinade with garlic and ginger paste; chopped green chili, yogurt, paprika (sweet), chili powder, garam masala and dried coriander
Salt, dried fenugreek leaves. Turmeric. Teaspoon of oil. Can add cinnamon, saffron and lemon. Crushed mustard seeds. Put overnight and then on skewers and bake or grill on high heat until slightly blackened on the outside; we basted them in a bit of butter ghee an ginger-garlic
For the sauce: In a large pot; begin with 2 tbsps. butter ghee and crushed garlic, then three whole green cardamom, add 1 cinnamon stick and dash of cloves and keep on medium heat several minutes. Some recipes call for fenugreek leaves. Put a dash of salt. Some add onions.
Using a mortar and pestle crush 16 cashews, dash of dried mustard seed, dash of dried fennel, clove of garlic, bit of ginger, green cardamom; In a small pot add butter ghee, add grated ginger, garlic paste, sliced green or red chilis, saffron,
and dash of chili powder and garam masala (you can use a bit of leftover marinade); then add the crushed cashew mixture from the pestle and add tomato puree; ADD this to the sauce and cook down on medium heat. Some blend and strain all this.
Add the chicken from the skewers. Add a cup of warm water until it’s slightly covering the chicken. You can add a dash of honey and fenugreek powder and dash of cinnamon. Cook several minutes and add in a cup of double cream, cook down for several minutes, salt to taste.
Serve with basmati rice (we added saffron to this as well); and garnish with fresh coriander.

Remember that "40-mile convoy of Russian armed forces" that was on its way to Kyiv in early March. A month later apparently it's gone. Now...what I don't get is where did it all go? Like we could see it from space, right? It turned around, or what?
I'm not talking about the initial Russian advance in February, what I mean is all the news reports that pointed to this single ridiculously long column of vehicles (I guess mostly supplies); a logistics disaster that unfolded...
I'm of the view that Russia, having not taken Kyiv quickly, decided to destroy Ukrainian cities with a goal of depopulating parts of Ukraine and massacre and setting the country back.
There is something uniquely bizarre about the people who have called on Israel to supply Iron Dome to Ukraine (something that is impossible to do in the midst of a war), while not calling for western countries to send air defense systems like Patriot. It’s obsession with Israel
There’s no evidence that an Iron Dome battery, with its short range, can be shipped to a country that never trained on it. Totally unhelpful system for Ukraine, unless it had been delivered in large amounts years ago…
And yet because some people are naive or just dislike Israel, they harp on about a system they know nothing about. Some of them probably even think Israel shouldn’t have the system…
Israel participated in the INIOHOS International Air Force Exercise in Greece. IDF says "Joining the exercise from the IAF were the 253rd and 201st F-16i squadrons from the Ramon Air Force Base and the 122nd Squadron’s 'Nachson' G-550 from the Nevatim Air Force Base. Photos:IAF
The IAF trained alongside air forces from Greece, the United States, France, Italy, Canada, Cyprus and Slovenia. The exercise was an important milestone in strengthening the strategic-international cooeration between Israel and the participating nations.
IDF: "The exercise aimed to promote common interests and strengthen the operational competence of the Israeli Air Force.
Appears to be another terror attack in Israel this evening as a man with a rifle shot at people in Bnei Barak; this is the third in a week; questions should be asked where he got the rifle also. The attackers in Hadera also apparently had illegal firearms. m.jpost.com/breaking-news/…
This is the issue; so far the other two were internal Israeli attacks, not from WB or Gaza or Jerusalem, and appear to be radicalized locally; not connected to Palestinian organized terror groups (i.e Hamas)…of course we don’t know enough yet about tonight’s attack
Iran’s goal is always to impoverish countries so they have to depend on Iran. Every Iranian ally and partner is either impoverished or works to erode the state and make it poor, like Hezbollah in Lebanon, Houthis in Yemen, the Iran part of Assad regime; KH in Iraq
Wherever there is Iran in the Middle East, you will never find a new university or major infrastructure investments in new airport and new restaurants snd shopping center snd commerce and roads; instead Iran operates to destroy everything and make people rely on Iran
That’s why in Iraq areas where pro-Iran militias dominate you have poverty and chaos. Iran’s tentacles are there to ruin. Of course KRG has to be hampered by Iran, because KRG is successful.
But can anyone explain the route of the pipeline? I welcome a map showing how exactly you get a pipeline from Israel around Lebanon and Syria…and whether Cyprus is on board…because it seems an elephant in the room?
I mean the goal of Turkey here would be to cement control of Northern Cyprus in this manner and wreck Israel’s Cyprus ties and harm Israel Greece ties…which is always Turkey’s goal: isolate Israel, harm Greece-Cyprus
Be of course the REAL goal of Ankara is to hold Israel hostage then in the future, cutting off the pipeline if Israel doesn’t do what Ankara wants 🤔
