#AdolfHitler proposed a constitutional amendment wherein the Chancellor shall have the right to pass any decree he likes & any law he likes without regard to the reichstag or the constitution, obviously that required a constitutional amendment.
When the motion was presented in the house,The president of Reichstag Realized he didn't have the necessary quorum to be holding to move the constitutional amendment, so he passed the ruling ,
"We will not consider the presence of the members who are part of the communist party & with the reduced requirement of quorum the constitutional amendment bill was passed & the rest is history"
