What Is $WHALE? -

$WHALE is essentially a worldwide community founded by renowned NFT collector @WhaleShark_Pro that consists of artists, photographers, other NFT collectors, and enthusiasts.

Our main mission is to empower anyone to become a whale through $WHALE.

How We Work With #NFTartists & #NFTphotographers -

$WHALE is a platform for many artists, photographers, and creatives to find their footing in the NFT space by hosting fireside chats, live art sessions, drop interviews, project showcases and much more.

Additionally, we run programs and initiatives to market and sell your work through the $WHALE store with some guarantees of sales and ongoing support.

Lastly, we love introducing our community to opportunities arising from our extensive relationship network when appropriate.

So Why Change #ArtxWHALE? -

Over the past year we’ve noticed many new and wonderful artists and photographers coming into the NFT scene who are unsure how to navigate the waters.

Also, with the popularity of certain types of NFT projects, many amazing creatives who should be front and center are being overshadowed.

After much consideration, we decided #ArtxWHALE is no longer enough for the growing NFT space, we need to do more and think bigger.

Introducing The $WHALE Artist Collective -

As Head of Art & Photography at $WHALE I am formally announcing the creation of the $WHALE Artist Collective.

The $WHALE Artist Collective is a special place for artists and photographers where the focus is on community, education, support, exposure, and opportunities for those who are serious about participating and contributing to further growth of the NFT space.

How Do I Join The $WHALE Artist Collective?

$WHALE will hold open and juried exhibitions. Those who are chosen to participate in the exhibition process will be welcome into the $WHALE Artist Collective.

The $WHALE Artist Collective consists of three tier roles (role names subject to change) -
- Exhibitor
- Curated Artists
- Vault Artist

Each role comes with its own set of benefits. We will release what those are per role in great detail shortly after this announcement.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor is a beginner role open to all who are selected to participate in the exhibition process and the entry point for anyone interested in being a part of the $WHALE Artist Collective.

Curated Artists

Curated Artists have all of the benefits of Exhibitors, but also access a number of very unique additional benefits. Only a small number of people will be selected for this role per month.

Vault Artists

Last, but not least, is the title of Vault Artist. This is the final role. As a Vault Artist you will have all the access you had prior as an Exhibitor and Curated Artist, but of course there are a few special benefits.

So How Much Will This Cost?

Everything we do for our community members is completely free with the focus on growing the NFT space. We may decide to offer additional services or benefits for those who hold (H2P) roles in the future.

When Does The Call For Submission For Open Exhibition Begin?

Middle of April it begins. We will start with submission for an Open Exhibition and will have a very detailed guide soon.
