If we see 'the market' as a multi-agent system fueled by
(A) human (e.g. investors, but also regulation authorities, ...) and
(B) non-human agents (not just AI traders, but also all the algorithm agents and other tech system parts) ...

How is financial #resourceregulation then exerted in a truly #digitaleconomy in such a hybrid society (i.e. humans + (AI-)algorithms) of the near future?

And how are the links to the regulation of other resources & related factors (e.g. time investment per financial gain, risk assessment & control, ...) established and controlled in everyday financial investment behavior?
