This week I feel more addicted to my phone than usual.
When your phone is your main source of connection to school, kids, work, friends, community, shopping, entertainment, etc. it can suck you in even when you just need to “check one quick thing”

Without direction, you will wander and eventually find yourself scrolling.
Pavlovian time blocks.
I only allow myself to open TikTok during my bath.
I look forward to it but have conditioned myself to know it’s reserved for that part of my day. I don’t have the muscle memory to open it any other time.
The best thing men can do is not separate or distance themselves from the issues women face so they can be a part of the change and solution creation.
